As Assistant Producer for ELF Cosmetics, I brought e-commerce campaigns to life, managing multi-day shoots that celebrated the brand’s playful, inclusive spirit. From casting models for perfect shade matches to coordinating photographers, stylists, and studio logistics, I ensured each product—from foundations to lipsticks—was captured with precision and personality.
On set, I thrived in the fast-paced, ever-changing world of beauty production, turning last-minute challenges into seamless solutions while keeping the creative vision front and center. These shoots strengthened my ability to balance meticulous planning with real-time problem-solving, ensuring every image reflected ELF’s bold, vibrant, and accessible aesthetic.
ASSISTANT PRODUCER
As an Assistant Producer for ELF Cosmetics, I orchestrated complex, multi-day e-commerce shoots that showcased a wide range of beauty products, from foundations to lipsticks. Each 5–7 day shoot was a high-stakes operation requiring precision, flexibility, and a deep understanding of production logistics. Running shoots on multiple floors of Untitled NYC (Studio) I balanced beauty sets alongside stills and swatches. I managed every detail — casting models that perfectly matched diverse skin tones, coordinating photographers and stylists, securing studios, handling Certificates of Insurance, and ensuring catering and on-set needs were seamless.
On set, I became the first responder to any challenge that arose, whether a last-minute model change, shade mismatch, or schedule shift. I ran the day-to-day shoot operations, managed talent from check-in to wrap, and maintained an organized, calm workflow so the creative team could focus entirely on capturing the perfect shot. Every problem required quick thinking, clear communication, and a solutions-oriented mindset, skills I’ve honed across my production and styling experience.
The culmination of each shoot extended beyond production: I oversaw post-shoot wrap-up, ensuring all assets were organized and delivered on schedule. These projects strengthened my ability to translate creative vision into reality through meticulous planning, collaborative execution, and real-time problem-solving. My work with ELF exemplifies the balance I bring to every project — where creativity meets structure, and fast-paced production challenges are met with calm, decisive leadership.
